Tell us about your property

The more you can tell us here, the more accurate the first number will be. Photographs of the yard are genuinely the most useful thing you can send — an overgrown property is very hard to price from a description.

What happens next

From this form to work starting

We call you back

Usually the same or next working day, to check the details and arrange a time to come and look. If you sent photographs and it is a simple lawn, we may be able to price it there and then.

We visit and quote — free

No charge and no obligation. You get a price for the work, and an honest view on whether you want a one-off or a schedule.

You decide, then we book it in

Nothing starts until you have agreed the price. Once you have, we book the first visit and, for scheduled work, set the pattern for the season.

Questions we get asked

How quickly can you come out?

For an estimate, usually within a few days. For the work itself it depends on the season — the run-up to hurricane season is the busiest time for tree work, and the wet season is busiest for cleanups. Booking ahead helps.

No. Both are free and neither commits you to anything.

For a straightforward lawn on a property we can see clearly, often yes — send the address and a few photographs. For clearance work, tree work, paving or irrigation we really do need to see it, because those are the jobs where a photograph hides the thing that decides the price.

Nassau and Harbour Island. If you are elsewhere in The Bahamas it is still worth asking — we will tell you honestly whether we can service it properly rather than taking the booking and letting you down.
