Seven services covering everything from the weekly cut to a new patio, all from the same crew. Everything below can be booked as a one-off or put on a schedule, and every one of them starts with a free estimate.
Cutting, edging and trimming on a schedule that keeps up with how fast grass actually grows here.
Keeping hedges, shrubs and boundary planting in shape instead of letting them get away from you.
Palms, fruit trees and shade trees kept safe and tidy — and taken down properly when that is the right answer.
Beds and planting schemes chosen for salt, sun and thin soil — so they survive their first year.
One-off resets for overgrown yards, and ongoing upkeep for properties nobody is living in full time.
Paved areas, walkways and edging laid on a base that will not sink or shift in the first heavy rain.
Systems set up to keep planting alive through the dry months without wasting water you are paying a lot for.
Water is not cheap in Nassau, and a badly set system is the most expensive way to keep a lawn green. The two things that make the difference are timing and zoning: watering before sunrise so it soaks in rather than evaporating off, and separating lawn, beds and pots so each gets what it needs instead of everything getting what the thirstiest thing needs.
Fast-draining sandy and limestone ground changes the maths again — short, frequent cycles run off and evaporate, while longer, less frequent soaks reach the root zone. We set the controller with that in mind and show you how to change it between the wet and dry seasons rather than leaving it on one programme all year.
Obvious, but it is the biggest single factor. Lot size and how much of it is planted rather than paved decide most of the time on site.
A regular cut and a first-visit clearance are different jobs. The clearance costs more once, and then the schedule costs less than the clearance did.
Narrow gates, steep ground and long carries to where the truck can park all add time. It is worth mentioning when you call.
Hauling and disposal is real cost. A cleanup that fills the truck twice is priced differently from one that half-fills it once.
Scheduled work is cheaper per visit than call-outs, because the property never gets far enough away from tidy to need catching up.
Wet-season growth needs more visits than dry-season growth. We would rather adjust the pattern than charge you for visits the grass does not need.
Yes. Plenty of clients only want the lawn cut, or only want the trees dealt with before hurricane season. Nothing here is bundled and you are not signing up for a package.
We trim and remove a lot of trees, and we will tell you honestly when one is beyond what we should take on — typically where it is very large and tight against a building or a power line. Turning that work down is safer for you and for us than attempting it.
A badly programmed one will, considerably. A well-zoned system watering before sunrise usually uses less water than hand-watering the same planting, because almost none of it is lost to evaporation and nothing gets watered twice.
